The End Result The BENEFITS of arts education

Over the past decade much of the funding for education has been cut. The hardest hit programs are the arts, for many of they programs now have little if any funding.

Arts programs need a new source of funding to keep providing the children in them these amazing benefits.

Children involved with music programs preform better in school.

Children in music programs score higher on standardized testing than those who are not.

Children in music programs have a higher rate of going to college than those that do not have the same program.

Children in learning how to play music take those abilities with them for the rest of their life.

Music is one of the only subjects that needs to be passed done from one person to another.

These programs need their funding restored or there will not be new music created by future GENERATIONS.
