Kindergarten Registration for 2019-2020 is NOW OPEN

Register by March 8th

Carmel Clay Schools is now accepting Kindergarten registrations for the 2019-2020 school year. If you have a new student within your family, please register by Friday, March 8th, 2019.

  • Registrations are done ONLINE ONLY.
  • Student MUST BE 5 by August 1st, 2019
  • Documents required to upload:
  • 2 forms of Proof of Residency (see website for accepted proofs), Immunization & birth certificate / passport

Carnival Silent Auction Donations

The deadline for donations was today -- but don't worry if you missed it. You can still donate to your class basket online. Just logon to MySchoolAnywhere (button below), click on "Our Store" and choose "Basket Donation" to make an online donation. Information on how to sign up to bid will be coming soon Thanks for your support!

Carnival Raffle - Nintendo Switch

This year at Carnival (March 22), we will be raffling off two items -- a Nintendo Switch and the opportunity to be Principal for 1/2 a day. Raffle tickets are available for purchase. Tickets are available for $2 per ticket, $10 for 6 tickets, $20 for 12 tickets. You do not need to be present to win. Principal for 1/2 a day is available to West Clay students only. Tickets purchased online will be sent home with your child.

The 5th Grade Musical was a huge success! Special thanks to Mrs. Eaton (Music Teacher & Director), all the 5th Grade Teachers, Mrs. Guest, Mrs. Musolino, Mrs. Hare, Mrs. Bannister, Mrs. Szuhaj, Mrs. Elder, Amy Davis, John Groom, Libby Patino, Jo-Ann Feltman, the Custodians, the Secretaries, Kursten Blanchard (Props Chair), Kara Stephenson (Costuming Chair), Christine Thomas (Choreography & Set Design), Mrs. Johnson & the Creekside Middle School Theatre Department, Mrs. Walker & Orchard Park Elementary, Kristine Crum (Color Consultant at Sherwin Williams, Rangeline Road) and the 5th Grade Parents. So many people were involved in making this big day happen -- thanks to all!

Greek's Pizza is sponsoring a restaurant night on Tuesday, March 12 at the Village of West Clay location. Dine in or take out -- Greek's will donate and portion of proceeds to the PTO.

Pup Running Track season will be starting soon and registration is now open. We are in need of some extra PUP Running coaches. If you are interested in helping out, please email Michele Buoscio at mbuoscio@mac.com.

Registration is now OPEN and closes April 1st. No late registrations are accepted! Practice will meet one day a week immediately after school starting the week of April 18th. The specific date will be determined at a later date.

Doodle for Google annual art contest is now through March 18th. This year’s theme is:

“When I grow up, I hope…” This year’s theme invites you to show us what you hope for in your future.

  • Classrooms on Mars?
  • Shoes that can fly?
  • Food for everyone?
  • A pill that cures everything?

Take your ideas and put them into your Doodle!

Mrs. Bannister is passing out entry forms this week. This art contest is optional.

If you want Mrs. Bannister to turn in entries, they are due to her by Fri, March 15th.
