NEA-Salina Temperature Survey Data
This past fall NEA-Salina invited all USD 305 and CKCIE educators subject to the negotiated agreement to take part in a temperature survey. During our January executive board meting, we shared the results of this data with Mr. Hall. and several members of the board of education. We look forward to continuing this discussion during our February meeting.

NEA-Salina Educator Rights Advocates
During the 2016-2017 Negotiations session, NEA-Salina and USD 305 agreed to equalize the pay for supplementary pay for athletic events. Previously, middle school events were compensated less than high school events. This has been corrected.
