Happy St. Patrick's Day!

On Friday we had so much fun celebrating St. Patrick's Day with our friends at school! Our friends showed up in their green gear and they were definitely ready to party!!

The party started with snacks. Our friends enjoyed yummy green cupcakes, fruit salad, and juice boxes

After snack, we gathered on the floor to listen to Brayden's mom (Nurse Amy) explain the game. She prepared a scavenger hunt for us!

Our friends found clues that led them all over Fannin Hall looking for a pot of gold.

The last clue took them back to the Activities Center where the pot of gold awaited!!

Everyone got a treasure from the pot of gold to take home with them!

After the scavenger hunt was finished, we settled back at the tables to do a craft.

When we were finished, everyone had a cute leprechaun mask to try on!

The party ended with a story, read by Mr. Harting. We enjoyed listening to "How to Catch a Leprechaun."

As always, we are grateful to our parent volunteers who made this party a success! It is always such a treat for the kids to have fun with you at school in the middle of the busy day. We appreciate all of the work you put into organizing food, games, and crafts for us!

I know that not all families are able to attend functions during the day. I hope these pictures give you a chance to relive the day with your child and prompt them to tell you all about it!
