Husky E-News May 6, 2019

From the Principal

Dear Hillendale,

Thank you to everyone for your flexibility throughout PSSA testing over the past two weeks. While scheduling was a bit out of the ordinary and the school day was different for all of our students, everyone took the changes in stride and did a great job. Our staff did a wonderful job preparing our students and our kids worked tremendously hard on the assessments. Great job, everyone!

We are excited for our first Hillendale Spring Fling organized and run by our PTO. Friday evening at Hillendale will bring families and staff together to enjoy delicious food from food trucks, participate in activities and games, watch a movie, and even bid on auction and raffle items. It should be an excellent evening!

Have a wonderful week!

Mr. Audevard

Committed to Growth

This past week marked the end of Autism Awareness Month at Hillendale. We capped off our celebration with a school-wide photo and walk of the Hillendale Trail. Hillendale is committed to creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment and our Autism Awareness activities exemplified those ideals. Thank you to everyone for participating!
