Scott's Auto Repair Content Strategy

The following pages outline the approach we will take to posting on your social media pages. It documents the main objectives associated with each platform as well as the tone we will use when speaking as your brand.

Primary Posts

Your primary posts will highlight a variety of images and captions that relate to auto repair and why people should regularly bring their car in. Your primary posts will provide tips for your customers as well as the reasoning behind bringing their car in when something is wrong.

Secondary Posts

Your secondary posts will be a combination of links back to your website and fun car pictures. There is a lot of information to be gathered from your website including simple things like your address and phone number. Linking people back to your website is a great way to generate website traffic and brand awareness. Including fun car pictures into the mix will break up your page and keep it fresh for your fans and followers. We can also incorporate testimonials!

Specialty Posts

Your specialty posts will highlight any specials you have going on at the time. We can create custom images for you to enhance your specialty posts and highlight the great specials you have!

The tone of your social media posts will be informative, but fun and engaging. All posts will be created to prompt engagement among your fans.

User Generated Content

Re-posting articles and blogs that relate to car care will allow your fans and followers to gather information from your page and feel as though there is value in following you.

Your plan includes the management of Instagram, but we only advise you to take advantage of this if you can commit to sending new pictures on a daily/weekly basis. Instagram pages are only successful if there is a constant stream of new images and content being posted. We can discuss this further on our call.
