Lab equipment helps students and scientists complete experiments and tasks. They are an essential part of a science experiment.

Beaker- a lipped cylinder glass container. They are used to measure liquids or acids during a lab and come in different sizes.
Pipettes- a slender tube attached to a bulb, for transferring or measuring out small quantities of liquid.
Tongs-metal clips with two movable arms that are joined at one end. They are used for picking up and holding things.
test tube rack- hold and transport test tubes during experiments. They can also hold other tools, such as stirring rods and pipettes.
ring stand- metal pole with a solid, firm base. they are used to hold glassware and other equipment in place, so that it does not fall down or come apart.
