A powerful and moving play, Hole in the Sky by Reed McColm presents what might have taken place in the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York the morning of September 11, 2001. Using monologues and narration interspersed with short scenes, the play's characters first struggle to find out what is happening and later come to terms with their own fate, discovering in the process that what they value most in life are the relationships they have with family members and friends. On the 20th anniversary of the attacks, this production is a poignant reminder of those we lost that day and what we can learn from them about our shared humanity.
