A Healthy America By Jonathan Lacy

If the young obese adult is new to working out, he or she will be able to learn from trainers and regular gym goers.

This an opportunity for the obese individual to expand his or her knowledge of working out.

Having a trainer to help the young obese adult will be great and motivating.

The trainer or friend of the obese individual will be with him or her through everything during him or hers fitness journey.

Developing a friendship with the trainer or regular gym goer will go beyond outside of the gym.

The trainer or regular gym goer should push the obese individual through good and difficult times.

This could be an opportunity for the obese individual to develop a friendship with either the trainer or the regular gym goers, and with this he or she will become workout partners and great friends outside of the gym.
