Nutrition Challenge October 2 We all have our own story, what will yours be?

Everyone has a story but the most interesting part of the story is often the journey itself . . .

On October 2nd, we will kick off our latest semi-annual Apogee Nutrition Challenges. This time around we will mix things up a little to show that there is more than one reason to eat healthy. We will have more details in the coming days but here is the skinny on the challenge.

We will be introducing 2 options to choose from as an athlete:

  1. Eat for Fitness - Reset Track (Donuts are not food)
  2. Eat for Performance – Eat to increase performance (Food is fuel)



  • $45 – per Athlete
  • $40 – per Athlete on buddy system


  • $55 – per Athlete
  • $50 – per Athlete on buddy system

What does this include?

  • Bi Weekly check-in with you as an individual to see how things are going
  • Body Fat Measurements Start & Finish
  • Tools and references to help you be successful for the 6 weeks but also how to maintain this lifestyle
  • AWESOME T-Shirt only for those that participate.
  • Grand Prize! (Still needs to be revealed)
