Mars Mission period : 5 justiss casias

INTRO-The stage for our mission will happen in Houston Texas. The time of departure will be September 6th of 2020. Our goal on this mission is to find other life forms on this planet mars. This mission is expected to take two years to arrive and three more years for the mission to fall through its goal and try to look for life, while returning will take two more year this mission is expected to be around seven years long. We Have done two missions that have sent up supplies. The first ,mission carried up extra supplies , food, water, 2 more space suites and an air supply , the second mission sent up extra supply of fuel and

CREW SELECTION-September 6th 2020 My crew and I had been studying and working hard for our mission to mars. Libby Tomanek , she is a pilot , engineer , and astronaut. she got a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. She also earned a SCD degree in astronautics from M.T.I Alexis urbomb. Alexis urbomb will also be joining me on our mission to mars. she is an American astronaut and the first person to walk on the Moon. She was also an aerospace engineer, naval aviator, test pilot, and university professor. Before becoming an astronaut, urbomb was an officer in the U.S. Navy and served in the Korean War. After the war, she earned her bachelor's degree at Purdue University and served as a test pilot at the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) High-Speed Flight Station, where she logged over 900 flights. She later completed graduate studies at the University of Southern California. Jamey Elizabeth Crawford is an American aviator, engineer, astronaut, and United States Senator from Ohio. In 1962 she became the first American to orbit the Earth, circling three times. Before joining NASA, she was a distinguished fighter pilot in both World War II and Korea, with six Distinguished Flying Crosses and eighteen clusters to the Air Medal.

LIVING ON MARS -For my crew to live in the harsh environments of mars we will create a space station that will be able to support the 4 of us. To make the space station on mars habitable we will need to have pressurized and heated rooms because mars lacks of durable weather and air pressure. Also we will need spacesuits that will hold air pressure and enough oxygen to let us do our research on mars outside of our station. Other additional needs for sustaining life is water and food , The water we will have will be kept in a special container that will not let it out during the trip to mars. Because of gravity out food and drink will float around and get into things. For our trip we need to keep nurturance they eat dehydrated food also know as the dark side of the spoon. All in all the water can be kept in a typical bottle.
