If you are not fully cleared in Final Forms you cannot participate in any athletic related activity (game, practice, etc.).

Vision Screening

University Hospitals is offering a free vision screening (with free eyewear, if needed) for John Hay students after school on September 5th. Students need a signed permission form to participate in the free screening. Pick up a form from AD Thornburg or athletic trainer Ruano if you are interested.
