Transportation Manager

As the Manager of Transportation, you’re responsible to ensure we have a well functional system for all transportations of guests and stuff during the weeks and the night itself. This includes to make sure the transportation team has access to vehicles, that there’s drop-off areas and that there is a transportation-, bus- and taxi schedule. The role also entails the transportation of the Nobel laureates and their drivers, coordinating between different groups and providing all the transport needs of the project.

Inventory & Maintenance Manager

As the Manager of Inventory and Maintenance, the main task is to develop a clear and organized system for all the handling of deliveries and the inventory of all goods. You will make sure that all food, beverages and materials gets in their right places and take care of all returns. You’ll also have an important role regarding to the cleaning and garbage disposal. Since your responsible is to ensure all sorting, stocking and cleaning is correctly performed you will work close to other groups and fields during both construction week, the night itself and also during deconstruction week.

Site Coordination Manager

The role as Site Coordination Manager entails to create a feeling of a seamless flow for both workers and guests during night itself. Through good leadership and coordination, your task is to arrange detailed instructions and guidance for how different operations will be performed during both construction week and deconstruction week. This also includes outdoor sites. Among other things, this responsibility includes to ensure that we got an functional info-desk, which is the primary place of gathering equipment during construction week. This role requires struction, perspicuity, creativity and someone who likes communication and problem solving.

Cross-team Coordination Manager

As the Manager of Cross-team Coordination, you’ll guide and coordinate a large group of Room Managers. These, in turn, will coordinate and work to ensure the working environment and that the seamless flow will run through the weeks and the night itself. This role requires consistency and a natural leader, who has working- and team-environment as the reference point throughout the whole project.
