My Favorite Cuisine Consistent & Delicious

Bahamian Cracked Conch. A popular dish in the Bahamas. You can have this for lunch or dinner. Fresh Conch from the beautiful waters of the Caribbean.

Conch is similar to clams, in that the texture is comparable. A marine mollusk found in abundance in the Bahamas, and other areas in the Caribbean. You can have this in many different varieties: as a salad, fried, steamed or in a stew, or on a sandwich. Versatility is definitely anonymous with the Conch.

Conch Shell

Check out the video and see how versatile the conch really is. See the video below.

This shell is also use to make jewelry, accessories, accents for furniture, and many other purposes. The shell is as versatile as the conch itself.

The famous Stone Crabs! You can get this delicious dish during the fall season in South Florida.

A favorite restaurant in Miami on the water front is Joe’s Stone Crab. It’s not just the food, but the experience that adds to the amazing dining adventure. We once waited over 2 hours for a table. Yes, Stone Crabs are worth the wait.

Galanga Thai Kitchen & Sushi is highly recommended when visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.

Thai food is a favorite option, but you can get other amazing dishes as well. My favorite is usually the Sushi & Sashimi. Fresh & Delicious!

Another favorite seafood dish - Paella! Here it’s roots can be found in the area around the east coast of Spain, just close to Valencia.

This is a home version of the Paella, but just as good a dish as you can find at any Spanish restaurant or one that specializes in infused Spanish cuisine.

The famous Lobster Roll! Not for the health conscious, but for those who like to take risks with food.

Fresh New England Lobster with vegetables, cole slaw and a heaping array of tasty French Fries.

This sandwich goes well with a popular drink from Bermuda - Dark & Stormy ( Gosling Rum, Ginger Beer and a squeeze of lime). It’s refreshing and satisfying.

Does it get any better than a grilled Salmon with succulent grilled vegetables? In a word- no!

So many options, so little time to enjoy some of the finest dishes.

Fort Lauderdale
A smorgasbord of dishes that never fails to bring satisfaction to an evening of dining experiences.
