Angel Pierce acting as Mary Poppins By: Maddy Mcdonald

Angel was cast as the role of Mary Poppins in the Mary Poppins play put on by the Paoli Drama Department. Throughout the play, Angle had to master many songs that Mary sings, and the songs weren't the easiest. "I researched Mary Poppins, both the character and the origins of the show, in order to prepare myself for the performance. A lot of vocal preparation went into this show, considering Mary sings in thirteen very difficult songs throughout it. I had to really work my high range to get the results I wanted come opening night." said Pierce.
