Food Service - Due to staffing shortages in the food service department, some schools must operate breakfast/lunch differently. Come work part-time with a great team while your child/grandchild is in school!
Custodians - Custodians work year-round with additional benefit options. These staff members keep our top-notch facilities safe, clean and provide a positive learning environment.
Bus Drivers - We have a critical shortage of drivers. Join the driving team and start our students’ day off with a smile! Also, MVCSC will provide the necessary training for candidates to receive their CDL license! Bus drivers have split schedules and a starting pay of over $20/hour.
Instructional Assistants - Instructional assistants are a key part of classroom management. Enjoy time working directly with students and make a difference in their lives!

- The Stewardship Project costs (mainly updating roofs, HVAC systems, & middle school updates) continue to come in under the original budget projections, which allowed an additional $500,000 to be added to technology infrastructure upgrades to the middle school, all while not adding to the total project costs.
- The anticipated increase in property values for the budget year 2022 will allow the district to pay back the 2022 bus financing and a $3 million dollar G.O. Bond in one year, (for continued Stewardship improvements), thus saving on an additional year of financing and interest costs all without an increase to the debt service tax rate.
- The cost for the installation of ionization air purifiers for all classrooms throughout the district has come in under budget with a savings of $60,000.
