SQUATS

SQUATS

Stand with feet a shoulder width apart. bend your knees while keeping Your back straight, and your feet flat on the floor.

Do this for 30 seconds the rest for 15 seconds, then onto the next exercise.

PRESS UPS

PRESS UPS

With your hands Flat on the floor and your ears, shoulders and hips all in line, bend your elbows and lower your chest to the floor, then return to the start.

Do this for 30 seconds the rest for 15 seconds, then onto the next exercise.

LUNGES

LUNGES

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, take a large step forward and bend your knees as you do so, while keeping your back straight. then return to the start position

Do this for 30 seconds the rest for 15 seconds, then onto the next exercise.

TRICEPS DIPS

TRICEPS DIPS

With your hands on a chair as shown & your feet flat on the floor, bend your elbows and lower yourself towards the floor. then return to start

Do this for 30 seconds the rest for 15 seconds, then onto the next exercise.

CRUNCHES

CRUNCHES

Lying on the floor facing the ceiling, bend the knees and cross hands across your chest. With your chin not touching your chest lift your upper body about 30 degrees and return

Do this for 30 seconds the rest for 15 seconds, then onto the next exercise.

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

Facing the floor with one leg bent and one leg straight lift both feet off of the floor at the same time and change position And repeat.

Do this for 30 seconds.

Now take a rest for about 2 minutes and repeat 2 more time. ENJOY
