Express orders received by noon MST ship the same business day.

Orders placed at the same time are not necessarily shipped at the same time.
We may make every effort to notify you by email or phone if there is a delay in processing your order. All rates subject to change without notice at any time. Suspension Of Service Guarantee FedEx has temporarily suspended its money-back service guarantees until further notice. While we have not seen a change in on-time deliveries and continue to see the same stellar on-time delivery service with our carriers, we will not offer a money-back guarantee for on-time shipping until shipping carriers resume their guarantees.
Express Shipping (1-Day & 2-Day) Express Shipping will be sent using FedEx. Express orders placed before noon MST will ship the same day. Express orders placed after noon MST will ship the next business day. If an express order is placed on a non-business day, the order will ship the next business day.
International orders must be paid in U.S. Dollars and will be charged appropriate shipping and handling charges. Duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Other charges beyond our control may be assessed in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. It is your responsibility to know your country's customs and tariff rules. We use FedEx to ship international orders. These are traceable, insured, and generally take 2-5 business days to deliver (not including possible delays for customs). Shipping costs are not refundable if your international order is returned to the store because you were unable or unwilling to pay the duties/taxes or returned for any other reason outside of the store's control will be charged to the customer.
Abandoned Pickup Orders
Abandoned Pickup Orders placed with the delivery method "Pick Up In-Store" will be made available for pick up. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the order promptly. Any pickup orders left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be returned to stock or disposed of at the store's discretion and not be refunded. Email and other communication methods may be used to notify customers of orders ready for pickup. Still, these methods are not 100% reliable, and it remains the customer's responsibility to pick up the order on time.
