ABOUT

I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and my Bachelor's Degree in Health, Physical Education, and Sports Management. I am a certified NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a USAW Sports Performance Coach. Competed in wrestling, football, and track and field in High School, and went on to compete in college as a 400m runner. Previous Junior Division American and World Record holder for NASA Power-lifting.

My junior year in high school I was 6'4, wrestling at 135lbs. I went to college weighing about 173lbs, 6% body fat, and I knew wanted to be bigger. I chose my field of study to be exercise science in order to make myself the best I could be, in the most scientific way possible. By the end of my senior year, I was weighing in at 260lbs with a 6-pack and still box jumping around 50 inches and broad jumping over 10 feet.

Whatever your goals are, be it improving your athletic performance, improving your body composition, or just getting strong, I am sure that I can get you there. I have been through it all and still continuously study the latest in the Exercise Science field to keep my training, and myself, on the cutting edge.
