I drove down to Port Stanley today, before I got there I caught these two coyotes hunting just outside Sparta. I first went to the west beach and thought there must be a snowy owl somewhere because of the dozen or so photographers braving the winds and sand.
I wandered over to the east beach, seven or eight surfers were in the water taking advantage of the on shore winds. There seem to be more falling into the cold water than actually surfing. They were having fun.
My highlight was a very skilled operator perched on a steep decline working with a barrier to save the backyard of a cottage, just down the beach it is evident that the effects of erosion
