Children At War By: Jaymes Strickland

Attack/Massacre at Baga

During the attack/massacre at Baga, terrorists had killed anyone they saw while they were patrolling the area after taking it over. For example, the site for the attack and massacre at Baga states,"Human Rights Watch estimated that as many as 2,000 people died in the attack, while another 35,000 were displaced from their homes at they fled the carnage. In the aftermath, hundreds of victims lay in the streets of Baga, many of them children...". This means many of the victims at the attack of Baga had been children.

This is the Beirut Bombing

In the Beirut Bombing, terrorists had planted bombs around the area of Beirut, and their goal was to intimidate Hezbollah. For example, in the site for the Beirut Bombings, it says," The dead and wounded included civilian worshipers, women, the elderly, and several children...". This means that many of the victims for this incident are also children, women, the elderly, and worshipers.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Mahmoud had wanted to know from the U.S government why children and other Latin Americans had to live in fear. For example, from the Mahmoud Ahmadinejad site, it states,"Many thousands were killed in the process, and millions of indigenous people were made refugees...". This means that in the making of Israel, many children and other people had been killed and made refugees.

Syrian Civil War

Because of the Syrian Civil War, multiple casualties, including children, were reported. For example, the Syrian civil war site states,"On May 25, 2012, at least 108 civilians (49 children and 34 women) were killed in the Houla Massacre after Syrian forces shelled the village of Taldou." This sadly means that even more children had died.
