Nature can help

Plants rely on humans for carbon dioxide, and humans rely on plants for oxygen. It's like a buddy system.
Taking a nature walk when you're stressed can be really good for relaxing. It's very therapeutic and puts the mind at rest.
If you're ever feeling sad or mad, listening to the birds and smelling the flowers can help you cool down. Especially in the summer.
All plants are different, but they all live together and accept eachother. We can learn a lot from them.

The air, the sun, and water, are all needs for plants. They all work together and help the plants and give it what it needs to survive. The plant gives them oxygen in return for all their hard work

Bottling up all of the stresses and anxieties is unhealthy and can make them even worse than they need to be. Taking a walk on a daily basis can be really good for your health.
