What is an innovation? the action or process of creating or designing

What is a copyright? the exclusive legal right, given to an originator or an assignee to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same.

What is the difference between a trademark and a copyright? copyright is more for literary and artistic stuff, such as books and movies. trademark is more for the company brand like a logo.
