Nature on Display

The Butterfly Rainforest was the most appealing to me , because of how natural the design was. It weren't as if you were just looking through a glass watching these butterflies interact but you were really able to walk through the exhibit and be in the same space as the butterflies. This exhibit caught my attention once I realized there were butterfly flying around and being able to be free in a habitat much like their one in the real rain forest. It was amazing to see how these butterflies interacted with one another and everything around it, i think this was something that I wouldn't have been able to learn just through walking through other exhibits and just seeing photos and reading about it.

Nature and Ethics

The Natural History Museum provided many opportunities to experience nature in ways Leopold recommended. I was really able to admire these butterflies in an area much like their natural habitat. This photo is a very good representation of that. Being able to walk through this exhibit and admire how beautiful and peaceful these animals were made the experience very joyful. I felt a sense of calmness while walking through the exhibit. Many people were relaxed, quiet and taking in the amazing scene. There was a very nice, calm atmosphere in the butterfly museum,

Nature & Human Spirit

The Natural History Museum helps us step out of our ordinary lives because not everyday is it that you can walk through a "rainforest" and experience butterflies in their habitat. It helps us better appreciate all the beauty that butterflies have to offer and their calmed relaxed vibes.
