Almost 1000 students graduated from Texas A&M-Kingsville for the fall 2016 semester. State Representative Todd Hunter was the keynote speaker for the ceremonies, and there were hundreds of happy families in the bleachers cheering their graduates on. Matthew Walbeck, a local Army Veteran, and his dog Titan walked the stage Friday. Matthew was able to graduate at the age of 40 and suffers from PTSD. His dog Titan is a therapy dog and helped him make it through college. Read more about Matthew and Titan's story from the Channel 6 News story on the link below.

Faculty and Staff were treated to a Holiday Party held by President Tallant today.

Tim Savage, IT Manager II in the iTech department at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, has been named a “Bringer of Light” by the campus group Servants of Las Luminarias. Read more about the story on the link below.
