Krokodil is a drug that is ten times more potent then heroine. The drug can be cooked like meth. It cost about 4 dollars per dose which much cheaper than heroin by 16 dollars. The average lifespan of a person who uses Krokodil is 2-3 years on average. Krokodil is a designer drug of heroine. Krocodil is normally distributed around the poor parts of Russia. The drug can be made by using codeine, hydroelectric acid and red phosphorus. Krokodil can be used by injecting into your bloodstream. Street names of Krokodil are poor's man heroin, zombie drug, Russian magic and desomorphine. This drug is highly addictive to anyone who use the drug, There is no rehab for the people who take Krokodil it can't be cured. The list of long term of effects of the use of Krokodil are ulceration, infections, short high, rotting gums, pneumonia, HIV, and liver/kidney damage. Short term effects are nausea, skin turns scaly, and rotting flesh. Krokodil was originally used as a pain killer as a medical use for this drug. But with this very powerful drug come very serious withdrawal symptoms. These include insomnia, nausea, diarrhea, extreme muscle cramps, depression, and overall sickness. About 100,000 Russians have injected Krokodil in 2011. About 30,000 people die each year from Krokodil. The have been political ties with Krokodil in Russia. In Russia Krokodil is a huge epidemic so they try to stop all deals or addicts with Krokodil. Interesting facts about this drug there is no cure for Krokodil user. Also It was made in the U.S. during 1930s as morphine subsitute.
