Two Week Special

A great way to jump start your fitness and see what our community is all about! Choose between Crossfit focused "achieve" workouts, or body weight driven, cardio intensive "fit" workouts.

Class Schedule

Mon - Thursday: 5:30a, 6:30a, 8:30a, 11:30a, and 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p

Friday: 5:30a, 6:30a, 8:30a, 11:30a, and 4:30p, 5:30p

Saturday: 8:00a Olympic lifting, 9:00a and 10:00a group class

Late evening 7:30p classes available on Mon, Tues, and Thurs!

Know someone who loves a great workout? Or, maybe you just want to give yourself the gift of fitness. Either way, this is a great deal for two months of fun, intense, effective training at NPCF! Mix and match between Crossfit focused "achieve" workouts, or cardio intensive, body weight driven, "Fit" workouts. Both are available in every class!
