Google Slides Tip: Insert Video From Your Google Drive

Great news! You can insert and play your Google Drive videos in Google Slides, in addition to videos from YouTube. This feature has already hit commercial Google accounts and will be rolling out to our apps4pps domain soon. Get more information here.

NewselaPRO is a web-based tool for students to master nonfiction in any subject. Each Newsela text is offered at multiple tiers, for every student, no matter their level. Get started with this PPS guide and resource sheet and learn more about the 6-12 language arts adoption here.

An edcamp is an informal unconference-style day of professional development organized and given by the local participants with sessions determined at the time of the event. Connect with other educators to share innovative instructional strategies and technologies that transform education for all students. Self-paced learning around Google Apps

BADGEQUEST is a self-paced training site for Google Apps for Education/G Suite. Each training module comprises three levels. Each level provides participants with useful videos and performance tasks. After all three levels of a training module are successfully completed, the diligent participant is awarded a badge. The badge should be displayed with pride! Follow the link to get started.
