Cause & Effect Exploration Bryan Quintero 4A

Cause 1

Europeans were very curious people. Europeans people never ever have ever been out of their homes or town. Sort of like if i would of never left Nampa. Never been to Caldwell, Boise ect.. thats pretty much how they lived and always been curious about the world. The Europeans exploration remind me of Columbus of how he wanted to explore the worl. Columbus ended up doing that and thats pretty much how the Europeans did. Europeans started to explore in the 15th Century. They set out to explore for scientific, religion, military purposes.

Cause 2

The crusades kind of link up to the curiosity of the Europeans of how they have never every been out of their town or home. As they went to explore they found a lot of things that could be useful. Thats when they found spices and things they've never eaten before or seen. its like when you get something for the first time but you don't live close to it? You want more and youll travel back to get it. Thats kinda what they did but with spices and other recources. So thats how they started to explore and soon came the trade routes like the silk road.

Effects 1

Slavery was an effect of exploration. with all the trading going around the world of slavery was involved. During the triangle trade between the three countries slaves would be picked up and sent to another country to be sold. Slavery brought a great deal of money for the explorers and their country. Slaves would be made to make the countries product at no cost. Slaves weren't being paid for their forced worked. Slaves were taken from Africa and brought to other countries, mostly america. with the growing of sugarcane in the american and the natives being killed from diseases, a high demanded to farm and grow the was increased. slaves were demanded to farm and grow the sugarcane farms. so slavery was an effect of exploration.

Effect 2

Another effect was diseases Before the land that Christopher Columbus that natives lived on had much diseases. Diseases such as bubonic plague, typhus, chicken pox, cholera, cowpox, other diseases. Europe was such a big country that diseases started to spread rapidly. If people didn't move out of Europe with the disease, the native americans wouldnt have gotten them and died. Another cause of the spread of diseases was mosquitos like yellow fever killing many people. Disease during the age of exploration was a big part of exploration. Europeans was very amune to diseases because they have gotten used to it being around, but the native americans never had it before so when they got it they really got sick.
