Breakfast Yoga Club RED Sand project yoga event MARCH 5 9AM

Red Sand project is a global participatory artwork created by Molly Gochman to raise awareness of the vulnerabilities that can lead to human trafficking and exploitation. The project works to recognize those who are overlooked – and most at-risk of spending their lives being exploited for the profit of others.
Located at 1302 Dennis Street, the Earthwork entitled Border, USA | MX is an evolving activist art installation created by Molly Gochman. Border, USA|MX emerges as a form that invites engagement from the community to discuss and think about issues important to vulnerable populations.

The BYC is a grass roots organization sustained entirely by volunteers. Breakfast Yoga Club's mission is to unite the yoga community by offering donation based yoga that honors all traditions of yoga.

Breakfast Yoga Club is yoga without borders and is not affiliated with any particular studio. Breakfast Yoga Club creates monthly yoga events at different locations around Houston by inviting a variety of teachers from different styles to participate in teaching a round robin style practice.

Each month Breakfast Yoga Club features a local charity to raise awareness and support with the intention of inspiring seva and cultivating activism in our community.

This month it's the Red Sand project. Helping to end human trafficking and vulnerable populations, it's the perfect choice to start off a new year. Namaste.
