The country I chose is Uganda.Uganda shares borders with Kenya,Rwanda,Tanzania,Sudan and The Democratic Republic Of The Congo.The Genocide in Uganda lasted from 1971-1985.Do to genocide over 300,00 people have died.the start of genocide in uganda is split between two regimes.The first was the Idi Amin’s regime "which murdered approximately 100,000 people from the Acholi and Lango tribes".(the combat genocide association)And the other was the Oboete regime,"which murdered roughly 500,000 of the Baganda people."(THE COMBAT GENOCIDE ASSOCIATION)."This was still the case in the years before the genocide.
