2016 planned FOCUS

CIA is a support/arm for ROG outreaches, mission, intercession... Considering that we have a number of conferences, body ministry equipping, etc. for 2016, we opted to simplify our calendar to allow more time for family, support to other ministries, and to foster work-life balance.

Solid Core Leaders (well-founded ministers)
Maturity among the key leaders
DNA of ROG imbibed in the Core
Diversity (interests,industries)

Ability to persevere in the midst of obstacles and challenges
Ability and capability to execute the tasks efficiently and effectively.

WEAKNESSES

No clear-cut definition of what CIA is.
No ownership and identity as CIA among CIA's.
Impression as an exclusive group. "CIA only when there's an event."
Needs improvement in post-evaluations.
Follow-up concerns
Communication concerns. Need for timely responses.
Discipline issues, particularly time

OPPORTUNITIES

CIA'S WILL EXPERIENCE BOTH FEEDING AND BEING FED.
MINISTRY EXPANSION
OPPORTUNITY FOR EACH KEY LEADER TO RISE UP AS THEY LEAD THEIR ASSIGNED "PEOPLE GROUP".

Stratification according to Life Stage...

Assigned leaders per interest group/stage group will act as the VOICE OF THE PEOPLE GROUP.

  1. Newly Grads (Karen & Marky)
  2. Working / Young Pro (Jed & Rochelle)
  3. Couples - Young & Matured (Mike & Elaine; Kata)
  4. Single Men (Mark S.)
  5. Single Women (Grace & Maann)
  6. Single Parents (Ptr Mark & Ptr Roselyn)
  7. Business men (Interest Group) - (Angelu & Ptr Tin)

STRATEGIES (Q1 2017):

  1. Intentional building relationship with the target group.
  2. Leaders per sub-group will start writing the needs noted based on the connecting / building relationship with their target group.
  3. Leaders will start to identify and write the names of those in scope of their target group.
  4. Advertising through announcement (Re-defining CIA) - to start this Jan 22
  5. Communicate weekly updates/progress.
