Head Executive Chef, Christopher Patrick, has been with Abacus for almost five years. He has been in the restaurant business since he was 14 years old, carrying with him 23 years of experience. A local Texan, Chris worked at many fine dining restaurants in the state before finding his way to Abacus. Each night, Chris hopes to provide Abacus customers with an inspired cuisine that they can not find anywhere else.
As Executive Chef, Chris manages anything and everything that involves food in the restaruant. His job entails creating new menus daily, selecting the wine list, picking fresh grown ingredients, and managing the large staff of the restaurant.
