WEEK ONE: This week I finally and successfully created my blog. My goals for this journey is to show people the importance of staying healthy and fueling your body with organic and nutritious foods. I also would like to show people that limiting food with added preservatives is for the best. Not a lot people realize but you can make organic dishes that taste just as delicious as dishes with added preservatives would and I like to help people be aware of that. I believe that this week has been successful so far.
