Then up out of the trail back left onto the fire trail for a mindful distance to observe the 5 senses. Stopped to regroup and mention one of the 5 senses and what they had observed. Continued to the end of the trail. Regrouped and did squats and head rotations to the breath.
9.20am time to head back. Shuffle and brisk walking.
At the foot of the last hill back we took to lunging alternate legs all the way up most of the hill!
Back at the top to do some stretching - calves, shoulders, lower back, hamstrings. At this point the heavens opened in a big way!! Great way to end!
