{ Newlife Journey } Fresh 48 | Lifestyle Family Newborn

Hello baby!

Hospital and Newborn sessions are some of my very favorite. It's a raw, personal and sacred moment. Whether I am visiting you in the hospital for a Fresh 48 session, or coming to your home to snuggle your sweet new peanut, I can never get enough baby. Fresh peely newborn skin, delicate eyelashes, perfect rosy lips, excited siblings, counting toes, feeling the weight of their body on your chest, the perfect way they fit in your arms.

These tender moments are begging to be documented. Let's capture them together!

xoxo, Ashley

Beauty in the details...

From the moment you first found out you were going to have a baby, the excitement, anticipation and nerves have been bubbling up. I know, because I have three kids of my own! Documenting this season of your life is so important. It goes so quickly and I cannot wait to go on this journey with you.

Q. How do your newborn sessions work?

A. I am a lifestyle photographer- I *do not* use a studio, and I do *not* do posed newborns. If you choose a Fresh 48 Session, I will come to the hospital to document the first few days of your experience there. For a newborn session, I will come to your home to capture your new life with your baby. This will include pictures inside and outside, around your home and with your significant other/family.

Q. How far in advance should I book my session?

A. It depends on the type of session. My calendar fills up months in advance, so securing your spot is always a good idea (typically 2-4 months before your due date). I will reserve dates around your due date to make sure I have plenty of time set aside to focus on your family. A Fresh 48 Session is done in the first 2 days of life. Your Newborn photos will be taken in the first 4-7 days of life (or before your baby is two weeks old).

Q. How long will it take to get my images back?

A. You will get a sneak peek in 3 weeks; your full gallery a week after that. I do my best not to make you wait too long since I am just as excited to share them as you are to see them!

Q. Do I have to pay the full amount up front?

A. I require a $300 deposit to hold your due date. After that you can choose how you would like to pay the balance. You can split it up into payments or pay it all at once prior to your session day.

Q. Do I get the digital files?

A. Yes, you will receive an online gallery with all the edited images taken from our time together that you can share with family and friends. The average client gets around 100 images, or more depending on the session.

A $300 deposit and signed contract are due at the time of booking in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day. Payment plans are available.
