India By: Hayleigh Brawner

Indias population is 1.2 billion. They are the second highest populated in the world.

India has free education for the primary education and the ages are 6-14. Then there is secondary education and that begins in 9th grade through 12 grade. Vocational people who don't go to tertiary they go to vocational ad people who don't pass secondary school. Tertiary school is harder and is centralized higher. In order to be able to answer call you have to be a collage graduate and go through skills to talk English.

Population residing in urban areas in India, according to 1901 census, was 11.4%. This count increased to 28.53% according to 2001 census, and crossing 30% as per 2011 census, standing at 31.16%.

One of the call centers that I was in it was called 24/7 Customer Pvt Ltd. It is a top 10 caller in India. They can make up to 20,000 per month and below.

A call center agent is the person who handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. A call center agent might handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues. Other names for a call center agent include customer service representative (CSR), telephone sales or service representative (TSR), attendant, associate, operator, account executive or team member.

India has an advantage over us in technology and knowledge. Adults that work in call centers have special training just to answer question and they know how to do it. Americans have to call India instead of America in order to fix your problem.
