Singapore Land Limited (SingLand) was set up in 1963 as the 1st public listed property company. SingLand owns about 2.2 million sq ft of office space and nearly 1 million sq ft of retail space locally. These include Singapore Land Tower, The Gateway, Clifford Centre, SGX Centre, ABACUS Plaza and Tampines Plaza, Marina Square and West Mall.

Singland was taken over by UIC Limited in 1990. Today, parent company UIC Limited and its subsidiary Singapore Land, are one of Singapore’s biggest property players.

Since 25 Aug 2014, Singapore Land Limited had been delisted from the Singapore Stock Exchange.
