Our Vision

Our vision is to create an inclusive environment centered on fostering independent critical thinkers and inquiry-based problem solvers who meet their academic potential through a rigorous curriculum of project-oriented programs and real world experiences.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve the Red Clay Consolidated School District as a 6th through 12th grade life science magnet school that promotes pride and ownership of education in an academically challenging learning community. This begins with an accelerated middle school program that prepares students to become diligent scholars of the bio-science pathways in the upper grades while maintaining a traditional high school experience. The goal is for students to graduate with the knowledge and skills to be college and career ready.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) went "live" October 1st -- and parents of seniors should plan to submit the 2019-20 FAFSA with your child as soon as possible. There is no need to wait for tax information as the FAFSA will be using tax/income information from 2017. Please be sure that you are filling out the FAFSA for the 2019-20 school year and not 2018-19. All seniors should be completing the FAFSA with a parent. To help assist parents, we will be hosting a Financial Aid Night on Wednesday, October 10th at 6:00 pm in the auditorium. This is an informative evening to get specifics on types of aid, loans, grants, and the application process.Parents of underclassmen are welcome to attend in order to prepare.

PSAT - All juniors will take the PSAT on Wednesday, October 10th. Students should report directly to their testing rooms. They should bring a pencil (not mechanical) and a calculator. They may also bring a drink and a snack.

Senior Meetings -  Counselors are meeting with seniors individually this week to identify their post Conrad plans. They will also be given time on October 30 and 31 in their English classes to work on college applications.
