Northeast Baseball 2019 NJCAA DII World SERIES

In just its second year as a baseball program, the Northeast Community College baseball team had a season it will never forget. The Hawks made a historic run in all of baseball in 2019, winning the Region XI Tournament and the North Plains District Championship to secure a berth at the NJCAA DII Baseball World Series in Enid, Oklahoma.

The Hawks began their seven-hour journey to David Allen Memorial Ballpark in Enid, Oklahoma on May 24, 2019. Nestled in the north central part of Oklahoma, the city of Enid has become the destination spot for junior college baseball teams in May in hopes of becoming the next national champion.

The Hawks arrived later in the afternoon in Enid and were welcomed by the 4U Aces youth baseball team at their team hotel with care packages and high-fives.
