How to make Mac & Cheese By: Lauren Londeen

STEP 1: You are going to fill a medium sized pot with water and place it on the stove to bring it to a boil.

STEP 2: Once your water is boiling, you are going to place your pasta noodle of choice (preferably shells) into the pot to cook the noodles.

STEP 3: Once you have cooked the pasta for 8 minutes (or until it is no longer chewy) you will use a strainer to drain the water out of the pot.

STEP 4: You will then put the pasta back in the pot and add the following ingredients: Butter, small cubes of Velveeta cheese, garlic salt, and milk.

STEP 5: you will then turn the stove on LOW heat and will stir all of these ingredients together until all the cheese is melted into a cheese sauce.

STEP 6: The 6th and final step to making Mac & Cheese is to eat and enjoy every bite :)
