The Darius Rucker Intercollegiate has brought the top golfers in NCAA Women's golf to Long Cove Club each year since the tournament began in 2012. Over 25 golfers who competed in the event have gone on to play golf professionally, and 21 participants are now competing on the LPGA Tour.
This year's tournament will again host top-level talent in a field that includes No. 1 ranked amateur golfer in the world Pauline Roussin-Bouchard (South Carolina) along with 2018 Asian Games gold medal winner and 2019 Philippine Amateur Open champion Lois Kaye Go (South Carolina). Twenty-one players currently listed inside the Top 50 of Golfstat's Individual Rankings will be in action on Hilton Head Island this March.
