Win Streak Rewind Griffs' longest win streak since 1998-99

From Dec. 7 through Jan. 4, the Canisius men's basketball team ripped off seven-straight wins, the program's longest winning streak since the 1998-99 season.

Junior forward Jermaine Crumpton averaged 16.1 points per game, highlighted by his 31-point effort in the win over Buffalo Dec. 17.
The Griffs averaged 88.6 points per game as a team during the winning streak, highlighted by a 106-point effort in the OT win at St. Bonaventure Dec. 22.
Isaiah Reese was named MAAC Rookie of the Week twice during the win streak
Freshman Spencer Foley bested his career-high in scoring five times during the Griffs' seven-game win streak, including a career-best 15 points in the win over Siena Jan. 2.
The Griffs averaged 20.4 assists per game in the seven consecutive victories.
The win streak included wins over Buffalo and St. Bonaventure in OT, the program's first back-to-back OT victories since 1982-83.

Canisius will return home Jan. 14 and Jan. 16 when the team hosts Marist and Monmouth in the Koessler Athletic Center.
