Genesis 17:4-5 "As for me, this is my covenant with you: you will be the father of nations. No longer will you be Abram, your name will be Abraham." God is asking Abram to change his name and follow him. In return, Abraham will be the father of nations.

In Moses' time, the pharaoh ordered soldiers to kill all the young boys. So his mother put him in a basket and sent it down the river praying that Moses will be saved. The queen found Moses and adopted him. His mother's prayers were answered!

Exodus 4:18 "Then Moses went back to Jethro, his father-in-law, and said, "Let me return to my own people to see if any of them are still alive." This shows God's character because Moses wanted to obey him after change of heart.

David and Solomon

1 Kings 6:14 "So Solomon built the temple and completed it." This is significant because it shows that Solomon built the temple, which is important for their religion.
