The reason the people of the Thirteen Colonies broke out against King George was because they started taxing people, and raising up their revenues( The Tea Act, and the Stamp Act) the people didn’t like this, so they decided to protest, and demand the same rights as other British subjects, the men opened fire, and shot into the crowd, killing five people, which was known as the Boston Massacre. Because of this, the people of the thirteen colonies didn’t see George as their leader, but as their enemy and decided to declare war on them. After the war was over with, the government to replace King George was a Democratic Government.
