woodblock- a block of wood, especially one from which woodcut prints are made.

Brayer-A brayer is a hand-tool used historically in printing and printmaking to break up and "rub out" (spread) ink before it was "beaten" using inking balls or composition rollers.

burnisher- A person who burnishes. a tool, usually with a smooth, slightly convex head, used for polishing, as in dentistry.
