Over-Sharing Concequences

Did you know that if you are one of those “classic over sharers” you could lose you job, get robbed, or ever worse murdered or abducted. I will tell you a few stories on how these things happened to real people.
Sharing too much information online you could cause you to lose your job. A girl named Connor Riley went on twitter and said that she would get a fat paycheck for a job she hated at Cisco.A worker from Cisco saw it and said that they were going to show it to the hiring manager and she was fired before she started. Another woman went online and said “Going to Africa. Hope I don’t get AIDS. Just kidding. I’m white!” Her boss saw it and he fired her. A different teacher said that she wished she could bring her “devil’s pawns” to the beach just a week after a boy drowned on a school outing. She was fired but was put on trial and just recently won her case. These are a few of the many ways you can lose your job.
Another thing that can happen to you if you overshare is that you can get robbed. A couple named Keri and Kurt posted that they would not be at home one night and some of their Facebook “friends” came and robbed their house. One girl posted a picture of a large sum of money on Facebook and seven hours later her family was robbed. A woman named Becky posted on Facebook that her and her husband Mark needed someone to help them move. She called a man named Lee Green to help them and he ended up stealing all of their stuff. Here are a few ways that you can get robbed just because you posted too much information online.

In conclusion if you share too much information online then you could get fired, robbed or even worse, murdered.
