1. EAT HEALTHY : Eat daily fruits and vegetables . You must cut down drinks with lots of sugar , salt , fat or alcohol . Cut down on also carbohydrate .
2. PROTECT YOURSELF : You use helmets , seatbelts and sunscreen , and insects repellent . You must clean your hands , you avoid smoking and the cigarette smoke of other persons .
3. DAILY EXCERSICE : You have to do one excercise every week , 30 minutes diary , if one day you don't have time to do it , run 15 minutes .
4. SLEEP ENOUGHT : You can't live without sleeping , the best is sleeping from 7 to 8 hours and then to sleep well .
5. DRINK MORE WATER : Water is necesary to have a healthy body and to avoid the dehydratacion , drink 8 a glass of water , it helps to eliminate the toxin of our body .
6 . HYGIENE : A suitable hygiene avoids many problems of health , the hygiene not only refers to the cleaning and cleanliness of body , but it affects also to the housekeeping .
7. Don't consume alcohol, drugs or cigarrettes : there are subtances toxic and addictive and that they can affect in your healthy life .
