Barry Lewandowski's senior project application of knowledge is to host a recruitment night for current 7th and 8th grade families. He has asked all the students in the band and jazz band to participate. Report time will be 6:00pm, his event starts at 6:30 in the BHS Theater. Performances will include Jazz Band, Marching, and Concert styles with student speakers. Dress is spring colors and jeans or Khakis.

The Canvas Roadshow will be hosting a fundraiser evening on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 6-8PM at their studio at 25 South River Rd. Bedford. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Bedford High School Music Boosters to help support items like uniforms, equipment, instruments, year-end awards, Senior Night roses, etc. Students and adults of all ages are welcome to paint; no experience is required. All materials will be provided. We will be painting Carla's Spring Stroll (see below). Please don't wear your favorite clothes as acrylic paint can stain. The Bedford High School Music Department will host the BHS Battle of the Bands on Friday, April 14, 2017 at 6PM at the BHS Theater. BHS students have formed bands and have been preparing songs to perform. Band performances will be voted on by the evening's attendees and the 2017 winner of the Battle of the Bands will be crowned. Come vote for your favorite BHS student musician! Tickets are $5 at the door.
