LAST WEEK: Mount Union's wrestling team finished third at the Petrofes Invitational Saturday at Messiah College. The Purple Raiders had 12 placers headlined by second place finishes from Alec Cotton (Hartville/Lake) at 141 pounds and Kyle Ferguson.

Saturday Dec. 10: No. 8 Football at No. 2 Mary-Hardin Baylor 4:30 PM (eastern): Live Stats-Video-Audio

LAST WEEK: No. 8 ranked Mount Union 70-45 win at No. 15 ranked Alfred in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III Football Championship Saturday at Yunevich Field in Alfred, N.Y. Freshman quarterback Dom Davis (Akron/St. Vincent-St. Mary) accounted for 359 yards of total offense as senior running back Bradley Mitchell (Detroit, Mich./South Lake) rushed for 123 yards on 15 carries with three touchdowns. Senior wide receiver Tim Kennedy (Hudson/Hudson) had 105 yards on 11 catches as Mount Union had 573 yards of offense.

Wednesday Dec. 7: Men's basketball at John Carroll 7:00 PM: Live Stats-Video

Saturday Dec. 10: Men's basketball vs. Ohio Northern HOME 2:00 PM: Live Stats-Video-Game Program

LAST WEEK: Two Raiders hit their career-highs as JJ Kukura helped lead Mount Union to an 89-77 win over Hiram with 40 points and 10 rebounds. Miles Griffin posted 23 points to help the Raiders get their first Ohio Athletic Conference win over Wilmington, 84-79. The Raiders are none 5-1 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.

LAST WEEK: The Raiders defeated non-conference opponent, Oberlin, 67-42 on Monday night but lost their first OAC match up to Wilmington, 76-56. Mount Union is now 3-3 on the season and 0-1 in conference play.

Friday Dec. 9: Men's swimming and diving at St. Vincent 6:00 PM

LAST WEEK: Mount Union finished the three-day College of Wooster Invitational in seventh place, Saturday. The Purple Raiders accumulated 778 points which was only 52 points behind sixth place Edinboro. Case Western placed first with 1794.5 points.

Friday Dec. 9: Women's swimming and diving at St. Vincent 6:00 PM

LAST WEEK: Mount Union finished the three-day College of Wooster Invitational in sixth place Saturday evening. The Purple Raiders accumulated 689 points which was 317 points behind fifth place Wooster. Case Western Reserve placed first with 1794.5 points. Dana Lautenschleger placed first in three events on the weekend.
